Time to get rid of the Dana 35

I mean, good for you ... but how do you associate "anti" and "hate" with a simple fact that many have tried 8.8 and many have came back with a common conclusion - 8.8 is not worth it in comparison to what it takes to make it work, if things work out.
X2. If you're a fabricator, a good welder, can get all of the the TJ adapter brackets welded onto the correct locations, don't mind its reduced ground clearance, don't mind its offset pinion shaft, know how to regear, etc. by all means go with an 8.8. But realize only if you can do it yourself will it be as cheap to install as some like to claim it is. 😊
