Hi all, first time posting here. I have a garage find ‘97 4.0. It’s been sitting for 3 years and prior to that all I know is that it’s from PA. I’ve started replacing all known parts and I’ve gotten to the fuel pump/filter stage. I was able to remove all nuts from the bolts except for the front 2 driver side of the mount. One did not have a nut attached and while removing the right one it came loose and is now just spinning freely. Meaning the nut is still stuck but the bolt is spinning in place. My next step is to use a nut splitter but haven’t made my way to Home Depot yet. Any suggestions for getting this thing off? I attached a terrible picture but the nut is above the free hanging electric hook up. And no, I can’t cut it off. Just a backyard mechanic with a basic garage.

It's a carriage bolt. You may be able to jam a prybar against square part of the bolt to hold it in place as you back the nut off.

Thank you, I thought of that after I posted. I’m going to attempt to jam something into the gap between the tank support and tank to get to the head of the bolt.
