Savvy transfer case shifter issue

The other day I ordered a Savvy TC shifter from Amazon. (shipped from Savvy) Have had two from Novak but thought since all were big Savvy fans I would try theirs.

Arrived in the condition shown below. Looks like just thrown in the box, no instructions or even link to a video. Did not really look damaged but sent back since I had decided to get an AA Rubicrawler and it has a TC cable shifter as part of the package. (even though now about 10 times the cost of the shifter and they made me an offer I couldn't refuse !!)

Anyway just reporting my experience.

When they come out of the box like that it means they’re trying to install themselves. It’s a good sign.

I think they actually will not furnish instructions due to some liability issue and you have to get online.

Please elaborate. I go to AA site daily to dream about a Rubicrawler. Had a line on a used one but couldn’t get the guy to communicate. I offered $ but he was different.
