Hi all - new to the forum and hoping to get some advice please. I got myself a rust bucket of a TJ last summer and love it but have been having to spend way too much on repairs and upkeep. Most recent thing to go are the power steering pipes, which I know have been discontinued. Looking for a source of RHD ones for a 1997 TJ, ideally in the UK but I could pay for shipping from the States if necessary.

Would be really grateful for any ideas or help, thanks in advance!

There are a lot of RHD TJs imported to here in Dubai from Japan, strictly for stripping major components. Most are rust free and low mileage. Probably spent most of their lives a weekend pavement warriors. Used RHD parts abound.

This company http://www.atlanmotors.co.uk/ imports Wranglers from Japan might be worth a call.

This is so interesting, thanks for letting me know. I've had a quick look online and seen a few different options - are there any companies you would recommend at all? Seems a little risky buying parts in from abroad, any recommendation would be really appreciated, thanks!

I can get you the phone number of the guy that runs the yard I go to. I know a good steering box is about $80.00 so I doubt the lines would be expensive. They are primarily stripping engines, trannys, and transfer cases and junking the rest. They export in bulk to other countries.

Thank you, that would be fantastic. Does the yard have a name also?
