I’ve looked and looked for anyone who has done this and I’m not sure if anyone has- I’ve seen people spray or dye black ones but never tan. If it’s been done credit goes to that guy but I can’t find anything after an afternoon of looking.
Today I decided to try and take on painting the sliding uppers for my half doors. I got a used set that were ugly and dirty (see photo) for 250 bucks on marketplace.
I used the duplicator vinyl tan spray paint on them and they look great! It’s a lighter tan than expected, but I prefer a lighter tan to a darker one. I will come back in a few weeks to discuss if they have faded or ran any…
