OEM soft top color

I was under the impression the Mopar OEM soft top color was Spice. Did they come in a different tan/khaki color as well?

Yes, khaki was an OEM color. Not sure specifically what years, but my 06 came from the factory with a khaki top.

I found a new in box Mopar top locally. Thinking Bestop spice was a direct match, I ordered their uppers. No match

Does the rear window at the top of the photo appear to be khaki to you? I don't have anything to compare it to.

Yep. I'd say the top one is khaki. It can look a little different indoors vs outside, in the sun vs shadows.

Thanks. If Bestop made the OEM tops but they don't have khaki, what are my options that would match the OEM closest?

There's a few overpriced khaki (03-06') original tops on Ebay or switch to another brand or color. The khaki top was the first thing I replaced on my khaki colored Jeeps. I preferred the contrast of black.

I got soft uppers from Sierra Off Road and they are a pretty good match for the OEM Khaki soft top. Quality seemed acceptable.

Looks like they sell an entire soft top in khaki as well.

Their Trilogy material is very good. I've had my top for over 3 years. Their other material tops aren't as heavy, and I have no clue if they're "acceptable" or not.

Genuine question, what's the fair value for a new, old stock top?

My soft top and uppers are dark tan as well.Found a hard top and got Corotech waterborne acrylic urethane color matched to it. I have a set of brand new uppers and I'm looking into ways to blend my color match with a substrate that's a little more appropriate for fabric. I'll keep you posted
