Odd squeal and rattle noise

After riding this weekend, I noticed a light squeal and rattle noise in the front of the engine. My first thought was belt but I replaced the belt a few years ago with a tread belt and this isn't as loud as a belt. I think its a bearing going bad maybe. Anybody ever have this? Video below.

 
Sounds like a bad pulley you've got there somewhere on the serpentine belt system.

My experience is you can loosen the belt enough to get it off the pulleys, then spin the idlers by hand. Any rough or gritty sounds means the bearing / idler needs to be replaced.

It was this pulley. 30 bucks and 5 mins to change out. Thanks guys!!
