Noise at idle

Its an 06 LJ With the 6 speed. Need some help diagnosing. Its coming from the transmission area maybe exhaust.

If i remember correct it goes away when i push clutch and I hear it sometimes letting out at low rpms in 1st. (I'll confirm tommorow). No noise while moving quicker than a crawl.

Sounds like normal chatter when you let the clutch out in neutral to me. What I was told is basically the power stroke of each firing of the cylinders accelerates the shaft and makes the gears chatter. I have a car with a light weight flywheel and it's really bad If it goes away when you press the clutch in, probably normal.
