New TJ owner

I am a current yj owner but found a deal on a 2001 tj so... Here I go!
Has some unknown issues with the rear end. The female owner said the "rear end is toast". The only other problem is that the flywheel is missing some teeth. Before I bought it I cranked it a few times and one time the starter just spun so I rotated the motor a little and it cranked right up. A little trust but not hateful, So I'm looking forward to the project.
