So folks sorry for the delay in introductions for this group that appears to be unparalleled in helpfulness, quality of information and generally friendly demeanor.

I am Billy and my wife Joyce and I have enjoyed the Jeeping pastime for 30+ years.

We first got into the Jeep as a way to have fun as a family. We then had friends and their kids become interested, get involved while having fun. We ran some of the harder trails in Tellico including the rock garden, as we broke and adventured, camped our way through. Joe (the 76 CJ-7 (Mean Joe Green) green jeep) then he was a DD for me, then the kids in school, going through iterations of T-150, T-18, 727TF, solid axles, lost axles, to Dana 44 now. Joe was in the garage as an eternal (never time to fix it) project. I went back to work after some time retired, wanted to clean some things up and Joyce says why don’t you just get a Rubicon like you’ve always wanted, we’ll sell Joe. So couple months later I have Jacky 06 TJR.

We are less into the hard things (hard on the bod) and more into riding pleasantly through milder trails and enjoying top off fun with the kids and grands. I have 4”, 33s and a winch on a TJR, if I cant go there in it, I don’t need to be there.

Jacky comes from a trip we took out west. I had a pic atop a large Jackalope in Wall SD. That was shown to my youngest’s friends who declared that I was the Jackalope Wrangler, so naturally when we got an actual Wrangler, it was already named.

Looking forward to interacting with you fine folks. Lots of experience, in many areas including Avionics, aircraft, firefighter, ministry. Christ is My King.
Be Blessed.
