Earlier in the year I replaced the multifunction switch. About 6 months later, the lights will come on if the stalk is just touched. It sticks just enough to keep the lights on. Right now, at least, I can readjust it to turn it off again. I had originally replaced it because the fog lights were stuck on.

I assume this is a problem with the replaced multifunction switch, and not the harness, because the harness couldn’t become extra sensitive. Do I have that wrong?

What brand would you replace this one with? It isn’t a difficult fix, but I didn’t anticipate doing it again in less than 10 years, much less under 10 months.

Did you happen to keep your old one? I repaired mine that was having the fog light issue about a year ago, all it took was about 30 minutes and some epoxy. There's a thread in the how-to section for doing the repair.

Very good. I read it the first time. It was so helpful.

I did, and I watched a video about rehabing it. And then I decided it would be worthwhile just to replace it. I didn’t realize I’d be doing it twice. :(
