Missing harness?

I had my brake booster and master cylinder replaced. Now my cruise control does not set and I have a harness connection that has nothing plugged into it. It does not have 27 years of dust so something is missing. Can someone tell what is supposed to be plugged into it?

What about the Purge Solenoid for the Evaporative Emissions system ?

I have looked everywhere in a 24” radius for an open plug and found nothing logical I was wondering if a device was pinched while it sat at the repair shop? It’s a mystery to me as the plug is crazy clean. The repair shop claims ignorance. See the new attached pic.
