Manual swap

Hi everyone,

I have a 04 lj with the dreaded 4 speed automatic I have a bunch of problems with it and I’m ready for the swap but I am unsure on some thing’s. I am wondering what i might need to know when it comes to pcms, bell housing adapters and or any issues I may run into. Or even any general information would be much appreciated.

Easiest is to grab all the parts needed from any 03-04 with the trans you want. Oddly, I have a package with every single part you need to swap to the 03-04 manual due to us doing that swap to an auto and us saving every single part we removed. PCM to Pilot bearing.
