I bought a door off JL mirror kit which is a direct fit, but went back to the earlier style. They were NIB when I got them last month.

Out of curiosity, why did you go back to the earlier style mirrors? I've been debating on finding a set of this style for my 2000.

This is the 4th set of this style I’ve tried and while they are the best, due to my astigmatism, I’m super sensitive to any vibration/motion and as ugly as the older style are, mine are rock solid.

FWIW everyone else doesn’t seem to have an issue.
