Is this vacuum leak normal?

Diagnosing my lean condition w/a smoke tester. Found a couple of pinhole leaks in the hard line but doesn't seem like enough to cause issues.

The smoke coming out from around the throttle plate shaft seems excessive though. Agreed? Picture attached but the video link shows it better.

Normal? No. Common? Yes

My 1997 for reference. I probably should o-ring the throttle body but zero issues with idle or anything. I did replace the throttle body gasket and torqued to spec.
