I’ve got Oem fog lights, which I’m trying to adjust. Is there a tool I don’t know about to loosen this?

Never saw a TJ fog light bracket like that before.
But that’s a security torx. It requires a torx bit with little hole in its center to avoid the pin in the center of the socket.

That’s what I thought but security torx have 6 points and this has 5.
Learn something everyday. I guess they do make 5 point as well. Will need to pick up one to fit. Thanks.

Look for the adjustment torx from the front.. below the light. It adjusts similar to a headlight’s would.
I was just wondering this same thing for my fogs. Did not know there was a 5-point security torx.
Needle nose vise grips after some deep penetrating sprays of Kroil, Liquid Wrench, or Break-Free given a little time to soak in.
That's what mine look like. But I bought them off someone, so don't know what year they were from originally.
took a proper picture of the screw location for future reference on the 2005. its not an obvious noticeable adjustment screw.

For some reason Dodge seems to like to make Light adjustment screws hard to find or get to. I had to go to Youtube U to find out how to adjust the headlights on my wifes Durango.
