How bad are my spider gears?

After pulling off the diff cover on my DANA 35 (open diff, everything's stock) I saw this. It seems like a few teeth on the spider gears are chipped. How bad is it? Anyone know what it would cost at a differential shop to have this taken care of? Is it okay to drive like this for a little bit? The weird part is, I don't hear any weird clunks or anything, just a slight whining sound.

That does not look great.

I'm about to take my spider gears out and put in a powertrax no slip locker, so you can have my gears if you want.

Honestly, I might just have a differential shop do a full rebuild or get a DANA 35 from a junkyard. I also have a whining sound when I let off the gas when exiting the freeway and I'm guessing that's from the pinion bearing. I'm probably better off taking care of everything at once I'd think.
