Horn missing?

I am getting familiarized with my new Jeep. It's a 1999 SE Wrangler. It doesn't have a horn. I looked under the hood, intending to fix it, but I couldn't find the horn.

Considering the OEM is pretty gutless, embarrassing, and gets more giggles than get out of my way I welcome obnoxious.

I've got the 4horn GM ACDF in a box on my to do list.
