Heater core question

Really cold morning this morning but it took like 20 miles for my heater to start to heat up and even then it was half assed. Sound like a cooked core?

Need data. IR temp gun in a few places.

What kind of operating temps are you seeing

Below 210. Like 195-200 maybe

Don’t know if this helps but the heat is blowing hard just takes quite a while to heat up

When it gets too cold mine will sit just below where the thermostat is really open and I won't get any heat unless I block off the radiator. Wasn't it like 9 today? I wouldn't have been getting heat today I bet
