I fluid filmed the last two years with great results. Prepping for this year, I washed her up and flushed the inside of the frame with water. Inside of the frame is smooth to the touch, no rust, but I have a thin coating of silt/sediment fluid film soaked gunk in the bottom of the inside of the frame. Do I need to clean that out before re coating, or can I go ahead and fluid fill the inside of the frame as is. I don’t know how I would get it out. It is the about the consistency of that old grease you get on the outside of fittings, but not so thick.
