Facebook Marketplace Scams

Just want to give a heads up on some shady Facebook marketplace sites. I am looking to buy some half doors for a 2004 Jeep TJ. There is a vendor on FBMP "All Jeeps Yard" that has them for half the price as other sites. On original contact, they said they were located in Richmond, KY. Then later in the discussion they said they were from Nevada City, CA. Then they corrected themselves and said yes, they are from Richmond, KY. It all started to sound fishy so after some research, it sounds like they take your money and never deliver. Just a heads ups on "All Jeeps Yard" Buyer beware.

I just reported five other scams on FB marketplace. I don't know why I bother...they "investigate" and decline to take any action.

Maybe a "SCAM Dealer" Page? Might be worthwhile.

Facebook will never take any action because even scams bring traffic to their site. That is, unless you post a picture of a deer you got hunting and they will delete your account for promoting violence.
