Engine swap

I'm sure this has been covered before ,but since I can't find a good direct explanation I'm going to ask it. I need to swap out my 4.0 from my 97 Wrangler, and found a 4.0 from a 97 xj I think should work, if I am reading this thread https://www.nc4x4.com/forum/threads/the-list-of-which-4-0l-jeep-motor-will-fit-your-jeep.176054/ correct it should work. Am I correct

If I recall the alternator and ac compressor are in different locations

But you can use the TJ parts to correct that.
