Driver window screeching

Every time I roll my driver window down it screams my ear off! What do I do?!

Every time I roll my driver window down it screams my ear off! What do I do?!

I found my index finger in my ear works well for calming the scream.
I have this problem when it's hot. It seems to me to be the outside black squeegy like plastic part. I've greased all the internals. I'd check there and see if you can do something about it.

Different types of screeching can come from different things associated with the window.

You could find out if it's just from the squeegy like plastic part on the outside and/or inside by spraying them with soapy water and rolling up and down to see if it goes away. Soapy water will lube it up more than glass cleaner. Both are very short temporary fixes.

It could be from some sandy like dirt, or even a BB in one of the window channels that's scraping/scratching the glass while you roll it up and/or down.

Otherwise there are several parts of the regulator that should/could/would like some lube.

Some food grade silicon spray in the channels might clear that up.

Full doors?
I assume that you mean during the actual process of rolling it down not from wind or other factors?

Could be a small rock or debris caught in the window seal.
