I recently purchased an LJR that had been abandoned and garaged for 10 years. I've gone through and replaced most things, but I don't know where to begin with the coilovers.

When I first test drove it, they didn't make a sound. The creaking and groaning has gradually gotten worse. The springs are rubbing on the shock bodies.
What resources should I be looking at? Any video links out there that you guys can direct me to?

I was hoping I could rebuild these and replace the springs and be okay until I can go to wider axles.

Appreciate any help you guys can give, thanks!

What about getting rid of those things and going back to shocks and springs? Especially given how poorly the previous owner installed them.

Are they bent? Check the misalignment bushings to make sure they are not seized. Everything can be rebuilt.
