Clunk noise when shifting in reverse

I have a 2000 4.0 automatic with 111k miles on it and I’ve started to notice a clunk noise when I shift into reverse and it takes a sec before it gets going. After I’m done reverse it almost wants to stall out. I’ve replaced a lot of sensors and they don’t seem to fix the idle if issues. Im planning on replacing the CPS in the near future. I’be also started to notice that when ever I’m going up hill the rpm spike and then it gets going. Could all these issues be related?

I did and it seem to be full.

I'm sure somebody with 30/32RH transmission experience will have some good information. I don't know much about them.

i struggle with the same issue and it was my fluid level but shifting into reverse is a rough transition from park. is that what’s happening to you aswell?

yes but it also wants to stall out but that might not be related
