Tearing apart the TJ and selling off items from it. Purchased in April 2023 and I would say they have about 10k on it. Jeep is not a daily driver.
It is missing one of the backing plates for a brake pad but I’m sure Mr. Blaine could probably ship you some, and or just an all around new set of pads. The current pads have a lot of life left on them though. The hubs I think have about the same mileage and are trimmed to fit the rotors, however, the lugs are trimmed down for a 1” spacer.

Don’t really want to ship but am willing to drive a couple of hours. I will be near Savannah, Ga for the day at the end of January.

Really need to turn those rotors are have them get new ones. If the buyer wishes, have them get in touch and I'll help them with a serious discount on a new set of pads.
