What’s up guys, I’m new to the jeep community just picked up my 05 tj about a month ago now! I had the top off for it was a nice day then the next it was raining so I went to put it back on and it doesn’t seal properly. I can almost stick my fingers through it. I did a little bit of research and I’m thinking it could be a bent header. Curious of what you guys think and if it is what a good website to order a new one would be! Also needing to get a new soft top overall I have a couple rips. Thanks guys!

I think the best way to find out if it's actually bent or not would be to remove the header from the soft top and lay it on the ground. If it is indeed bent it will be pretty obvious.
If the header isn't bent, there are a few other possibilities you might want to check. First, inspect the seals and the alignment of the soft top itself. Over time, the fabric can stretch or the hardware can wear out, affecting the fit. Make sure the latches are functioning properly and that nothing is obstructing them.
Also, check the attachment points on the windshield for any damage or wear that could prevent a proper seal. Sometimes, it's just a matter of tightening or adjusting the hardware.
If everything seems to be in order but it still isn’t sealing well, consider looking into the condition of your soft top fabric. If there are rips or tears, that might be letting water in and can affect the overall fit. Good luck, and let us know what you find!
