Currently my TJ has Dana 30 front and Dana 44 in rear both with arb lockers and 3.07 gears. Its a 4l with 6 speed running 31s. I was thinking 4.10 will be the go or maybe 4.56. I don't really see myself going up in size. Now the hard part is they don't make thick cut gears for the Dana 30 so will either need to get a whole new carrier or someone mentioned about getting the arb differential case for an RD100 and changing it over with my locker. I found a video of someone rebuilding one and it doesn't look to hard and would be a lot cheaper than replacing the whole thing. Has anyone done this before? is there anything to look out for doing it this way? Thanks.

Yes, I got a brand new RD101 for my HP30 for really cheap. Come to find out, they didn't make thick cut in reverse rotation. I bought the case and it cost me $200 at the time. Easy to do, but I still have the old one up on a shelf.
