Anyone recognize this hoist setup?

There used to be a non-power hoist in this garage (installed around 2006). I know the two silver eye-bolts (circled in red) were part of it, but suspect there was a third one where the yellow hook is now (circled in blue). I don't think there was a hand-crank, it was just wrapped/knotted around the railing. There aren't any other eye bolts on the ceiling. It doesn't seem to match any of the current hoists on Quadratec. Any recommendations for how to make this usable with an eye-bolt in that 3rd hole? The ceiling is 13 feet, so nearly impossible for me to get anything else up there 😪

I do not see a kit there. Whatever that was, it was cobbled together from common hardware store stuff and not equipment intended for overhead lifting. If it was a truly a non-power hoist, then it was either a hand crank winch or a rope tied to an anchor point.

It was definitely a kit. I think Harken.
