Adding trans fluid

I have no trans fluid. It's starting to slip. I know I neglected it because I'm an idiot and forever thought I didn't need to run it. Surprise. Lol anyway. I just bought 5qts of stp atf+4. Do I add it into the tube with the dip stick? Im not dropping the pan. Can't find a video on it anywhere. I have a 2004 tj 4.0l 6 cyl 4 spd auto. Thank you!

As per the Haynes manual:

"Lower the vehicle and add the specified amount of automatic transmission fluid through the filler/dipstick tube. Expect to need about 4 quarts, but do not overfill."
