With the heat rising I’ve noticed that my Ac is pretty bad and decided to check out the car and noticed the Compressor/clutch stays engaged when the AC is off. Checked the relay, and its fine. Any recommendations thanks.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the problem:

Check the A/C Switch: Ensure that the A/C switch on your dashboard is functioning properly. Sometimes, a faulty switch can send a constant signal to the compressor.

Inspect Wiring and Connectors: Look for damaged or corroded wiring or connectors leading to the compressor. A short circuit or bad connection could be causing the clutch to stay engaged.

Look at the Pressure Switch: The A/C system has pressure switches that monitor the refrigerant levels. If one of these switches is failing, it could cause the compressor to remain engaged. Check if they are working properly and replace if necessary.

Examine the Relay Circuit: Even if the relay itself tests fine, there may be an issue in the relay circuit or with the grounding. Try swapping it with another relay of the same type if you have one available.

A/C Control Module: In some cases, the control module may malfunction and cause the compressor to stay engaged. If your Jeep has this module, it might be worth looking into.

Refrigerant Levels: Low refrigerant levels can sometimes cause weird A/C behavior. Consider checking the pressure with a gauge or taking it to someone who can.
