5 or 3 spare tire snubbers

Decided I’m gonna pull the trigger on the full Morryde kit and need to order some spare tire rubber bumpers/snubbers.
My question is how many snubbers should I have (without counting extras for extensions)? I’ve seen pics of TJs with 5 and I’ve seen some with 3. My TJ has the bolts for 5 but is 3 all that’s necessary or is all 5 better?

Early models had 5, at some point (probably when they added the vent in the gate) they dropped the lower 2 on the gate.

If you have places for 5, I'd just use 5. More can't hurt.

If the top pic is his tailgate, he has confused the lower two bolts for the stock tire carrier with snubber mounting locations. He has 3 snubber threaded inserts, only.
