recently finished a swap on my jeep with a 5.9 and 46re out of a dodge. Drove about 5o miles and it threw a p0713 code, I wasn't worried relooked at my wiring and can't figure out what I did wrong. everything is wired to the pinouts. the sensor has voltage, If I test the signal on the sensor it reads 5 volts.... so I knew that was wrong it should only read 2.33 or less or it throws the code. the ecm side of the signal is sending the wire 5 volts. Why is the ecm sending the signal wire 5 volts? can anyone help me fix this code or has a process to test to narrow down the issue ? I don’t believe that the sensor is bad, rather test and prove what is the issue rather than throwing parts at it. Anything will help thank you ALLL!!!!

Sounds as though you have the schematics for your '99 Jeep; what year Dodge did your engine and trans come from ?
Probably a difference in the type of sensors the vehicles came with.
