2000 2.5L, would anyone know what this noise could be? It only happens after the engine warms up and is under load (video was starting in 2nd gear.) It doesn't happen when the engine is cold or at idle.

Sometimes, the heat shields can get loose over time and rattle when the engine is under load. Have you checked to see if that’s the case?
If the mounts are worn or damaged, they may not hold the engine/transmission in place properly, leading to vibrations and rattling sounds when the engine is working hard.
Check other components in the engine bay and undercarriage to ensure nothing is loose or rattling against something else when the engine is under load.
Sometimes a failing accessory pulley can cause a rattling sound when there’s more stress on the engine.
