I am installing a 1980 low pinion Dana 44 front axle from Jeep J10 into my 1997 Jeep TJ.
I have cut axles down to size.
Need advise on angle of inner C to pinion as I have cut and will turn.

I have a 4 inch lift and 1 inch body mounts. I'll be running 36 inch tires.

With pinion at zero what should be the angle of the inner C to acheive 6 degrees of positive caster?

If you don't want to put the axle under the jeep and measure I would point your current axles pinion at the tcase output and measure the caster at ride height.
Use that to find how many degrees the c's needs to roll back.

The difference between the desired caster angle (6*) and the pinion angle while pointed at the tcase output can be used to set the inner c's with the axle out of the jeep.
