winch plate

Just got a winch and tj winch plate. The face of the winch plate comes right up to these bars that I have coming up out of my bumper. So I can't fit the rollers onto its face. If I bolted or welded these rollers on the front of those bars it will angle the rollers and like a 45 degree angle...
