frameless soft top

Got a new to me 2004 Rubicon and came with this top. It doesn't seem to be on right and maybe missing some parts. I called Sierra and asked them for the owners manual and they acted like I was asking for the Colonel's Secret Recipe. They said they would look for one and email me - 5 days...

I'm looking at replacing my soft top and am considering going with a frameless. http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00L81T4G6/?tag=wranglerorg-20 Are there any good or bad things over a framed or frameless top? Anyone have any experience with this frameless top?
