flashing locker light

My 2006 LJ Rubicon Unlimited dash hub locking lights blink indicating that both axles are not locked even thought both actually lock. I put the jeep on 4 jack stands and opened both differentials, and rotated the tires to confirm the lock. I also checked both differential sensors and they go...
