electrical bug

I purchased a 2000 tj 2.4. Had some bulbs bad when I got it. I replaced the bulbs, and now everyone I turn on my headlights or turn signals my windshield wipers turn on and run constantly. I'm not sure if it's just a bad wiper module on the column. I'm not the brightest when it comes to...
