differential noise

Hi all, New to the club here and have experienced some interesting whining/grinding noises on my 2000 Sport 4.0 manual. These noises occur accelerating into a turn from a stop after the vehicle is warm, particularly after traveling at highway speed. I'd like to know your experiences/theories...
