Does anyone run the Uniden PRO520XL? What do you think of it? I really do not want to drop the cash on the Cobra C75WXST just yet. Also any recommendations for antenna mounting. Currently, have a rear mount but I have been reading a lot about getting better performance out of a front mount.

I drove into my garage and snapped off my cb antenna. If I replace my cb antenna and don't "tune" it, will it damage my cb radio? I don't have an SWR meter. I will get one, but the run is tomorrow. Thank you!

I have tried everything I can think of and the antenna will not match. High SWR tried moving it to different spots acts like the ground is bad. I even tried a different radio same results. Could the antenna be bad? It is a firestik but one that is not adjustable in fact it has a white plug on...
