air condition problem

Hey all, looking to get some help at diagnosing why my A/C stopped blowing cold air last week mid-vacation. I had it inspected 3 weeks ago in PA and the mechanic has tossed a new serpentine belt on it along with new spark plugs and new brakes and rotors as it needed these no doubt. 2006 LJR...

Any idea what this noise could be? Car sat for a month and I changed the OPDA (probably unrelated) and noticed this sound when the key is turned to accessory. I believe the noise is still there with the engine running too. Any idea what it is?

Hey guys so my ac works however when you turn it on high it'll cut off. I did some googling and all signs pointed to the resistor so I replaced it. It looked pretty gross when I pulled it out so I was confident that was going to be the problem. It was not. What else should I look at?
