4.0 sport

I have a 2001 TJ 4.0, with the clutch OUT it sounds like there's marbles rolling around or rattling, when I push clutch in it goes away. And unless I use a little more "force" than I should have to, it will grind going from 1st to 2nd. My initial thought was throw out bearing, but now I'm second...

I'm not sure what the problem is but sometimes when I am driving my 98 TJ 4.0 my gauge cluster dies. My speedometer and my RPM gauge goes to 0 with the airbag light coming on. Nothing else is affected, I can drive normally but it is an inconvenience. Any thoughts or suggestions?
