I just completed rebuilding my 32rh for my 00 TJ and will not move in forward gears. Reverse works great so feel like I am missing something.replaced rings, seals, plates, bands and cleaned valve body. Checked fluid level running in neutral and just a hair over full. What am I missing? Why...
