    it will probably start if i jump PIN 22 to the battery but i may damage the PCM again... maybe the ground... wheres the ground for PIN 22 (which goes to the ignition.)

    OK, had the skim removed from PCM started for a while because I had to jump pin number 22 to the positive fried something in the PCM so they had to fix it. I’m expecting it back any day however it may have burnt problem through the wire that feeds pin 22 but lose connection in the connector, so...
