    Shock height and lift size

I have a 2.5" srping lift and originally went with the 2-3" Rancho shocks, they were too long and I had hardly any down travel. I used the Rancho 30 day satisfaction guarantee and replaced the with the 0-2" shocks and down my down/up travel is almost perfect at 50/50.

    Misfire Help

I would swap 2 injectors and see if the fault moves, then you will have a starting point for troubleshooting.

Replacing fuel skid without dropping tank entirely

Are you guys working those clips properly? You don't remove them, press the tab and pull the line out. When ready to reinstall the line just push it back in.

    Body lift & MML vibes?

How about the MML will give you slightly better driveline angles on a small lift and the BL will give you more tire clearance, plus it makes everythinbg fit better after the MML.

Lets see your TJ with 17" OEM wheels

You need to address the difference in the hole size for the lug nuts. The JK and JL wheels mount to a larger stud so the standard TJ lug nuts don't have enough surface area to mount them safely. See my write-up below on the issue and how to overcome it...

Using JL wheels on a TJ

I saw that some company will make them but they're over $500 a set. After all my research I found that using the 13/16 hex lug nuts was just as good as the larger studs and a lot cheaper.

Using JL wheels on a TJ

Here's my write-up on doing exactly that. Make sure you use the larger 13/16 lug nuts or you won't have a proper seat. https://wranglertjforum.com/threads/codamans-2004-jeep-wrangler-rubicon.9347/post-789675

    What coil pack is best?

Since it's a waste spark ignition system and cylinders 3 and 4 always fire together I can't wrap my head around you only have a misfire on cylinder 3. I think you need to look elsewhere... unless it's only a #3 boot issue.
