All Known Speaker Enclosure / Pod & Adapter Options

The biggest problem I ran into is that the front mounting holes for the subwoofer are blocked by the hand break. I ended up just not installing them and it has been fine so far. You may be able to get around that with where you place the mount on the tub too. I had it back a bit to allow for...

All Known Speaker Enclosure / Pod & Adapter Options

Ya, that is my design. I posted about it on here somewhere, but I can't seem to find it right now. @k1n3k if you have any questions feel free to reach out. Happy to share my Fusion model if you want to make modifications.

If you buy 2 pair you could keep going and drain though the filler on the valve cover.

What did you do to your TJ today?

I designed it and printed it. The files are up on Printables. It is super handy for small things I use all the time like small straps and some gloves. https://www.printables.com/model/226636-jeep-tj-rear-fender-storage-box I would offer to print you one, but we just moved this weekend and it...

Where can I find these replacement interior trim pieces?

Davy's Jeeps used to have some of those trim pieces. When his website was up you could email and ask about specific parts you need and he would send you pictures and prices. Sometimes the wrong color, but you can use SEM paint to "fix" that issue. He seems to be just an eBay store now, but...

What have you 3D printed for your TJ?

I stared with TinkerCAD for about a year and actually got quite good at it, then went to Fusion when TinkerCAD just could not do what I wanted. For me, the change in how you have to think about your design and how you build it between the two made the change hard. I kept giving up on Fusion...

Are these 32s on a 2 inch lift?

Thanks, I really like the setup. In that picture I have added a couple spacers above the springs to level it out. it has about a 3" lift in the rear and 2 1/2 in the front to level it out when it is loaded up, Tires are Cooper Discoverer STT Pros in 32x11.5R15 on some cheap 15" steelies.

What have you 3D printed for your TJ?

I picked up the AMS 2 and HT right after they came out. IO really like the AMS 2, but I am not sure it is worth upgrading to if you have the original. The drying feature is nice, but since you can't print at the same time from any of the spools it is limited. Also, I wish it could dry as a...

What have you 3D printed for your TJ?

I don't have one, but the A1 and A1 Mini get rave reviews. The limitations are with the lack of enclosure that limits they types of material you can print, but for just dipping your toes, the A1 Mini is hard to beat. https://us.store.bambulab.com/products/a1-mini?from=navigation

What did you do to your TJ today?

Finally got the Flux Offroad rocker guards installed. I was going for body color on the base plate and flat black for the scrub guards, but the green ended up a bit dark. It was perfect.......then I put on the clear and watched them get darker right in front of my eyes. Oh well. They are on...

What have you 3D printed for your TJ?

That ABS-GF is new favorite filament. It has a great surface finish,is heat resistant and I can print it easily without warping. Also not very expensive. Your parts look awesome.

Upgraded Headlights Again With Holley RetroBright LEDs

I will second that. The RetroBrights are great. A little more splotchy than the Hellas I took out, but so far the best LED I have tried. Also, they still look like the factory sealed beams. I do wish they were glass though.
