    California Dusy Ershim Run 2022

Makes since. Im guessing if the MARS mod is something they sale it's not a law that is strictly enforced. I have no problem fiddling with circuit boards so doing the mod is not an issue. What Hams are best for this? I would prefer a mounted unit over a hand-held.

    California Dusy Ershim Run 2022

I am open anytime myself, but I would like to lock in some dates. Is there anyone on the going list that has a preference or date restrictions? *Added a pole

    California Dusy Ershim Run 2022

Im guessing with the terrain of the Dusy we will probably only need the HOW (head out window) method to get through.

    California Dusy Ershim Run 2022

@Blazin_LJ added you to the maybe list! As for coms i would say CB minimum. The others are just super handy and nice to haves. I am going to try for my Ham license in the next couple weeks so hopefully I will have everything setup before this trip. What's the deal with the MARS mod? It seems...

    32RH transmission rebuild

Dude 100%!!! I knew it couldn't be related but I just couldn't get the thought of pulling the trans out of my head. So glad it was just really bad timing for the distributor to fail.

    32RH transmission rebuild

Holy crap guys!! The Jeep was running absolutely flawless for the first 150 miles then all the sudden the Jeep just shuts off on my 4 mile trip to work and refused to start again. I know there are only a few things that can make the Jeep up and die so I went and got myself a new CPS...

Picked up a 32RH transmission today for $100

As long as there is no Jasper stickers on it you should be fine.

Picked up a 32RH transmission today for $100

Transparts Warehouse has them all listed individually. They're just listed mostly by size so you would need to measure yours first to make sure you get the right stuff. I forgot to mention this little guy that seals the kickdown lever...

Picked up a 32RH transmission today for $100

Check the end play of the input shaft for clearance issues and if you can pull the Valve Body and give it a good once over with some carb cleaner it would do it justice. Don't use any rags to dry the valve body as the lint is no good for it, use compressed air to blow it off. Take note of the...

    32RH transmission rebuild

She's back!!! After a lot of part hunting and a shitload of cussing I got her back together and on the road! The deep aluminum pan I put on took a LOT of mods to make it work with my tummy tuck, but man was it worth it. She drives fantastic!! You can definitely feel the difference in the way the...

    32RH transmission rebuild

Ok so here are a few more note that might be handy. There isn't much information on where these check-balls go so pay attention to the size and locations! I took a piece of cardboard and poked some holes in the approximate locations of the check-balls. Then carefully placed the balls on top of...

    32RH transmission rebuild

It's finally back together!! After a lot of time and part hunting I got the transmission all buttoned up and ready to be install. I would say for me, on a scale of 0-10 an engine rebuild is about a 5-7 depending on the size and MFG of the engine. This was about 4-5 only because you need to pay...

    Best tires for 15" wheels?

I absolutely love my 35" KM3'S! They have outstanding grip offroad and ride better than my 33" DC's on the pavement. Plus they look pretty killer!

    32RH transmission rebuild

Damn, Just when I thought I was gonna get all the parts stuffed back in I found more things to replace... All the (thrust) washers in the planetary gear sets were tossed. Thought I would be ok because the backlash was within tolerance (.036") but I am sure glad I pulled it apart to clean it out...

    32RH transmission rebuild

Ok so I got some work done on the trans last weekend. So far the rebuild has been pretty easy. It is pretty much just take it apart and put it all back together. Far easier than building an engine and even easier than the manual transmissions I have rebuilt. I should have it all back together...

    4.0 engine noise

Automatic? If so check your torque converter bolts, if there is an aluminum buildup on the bolt heads they're hitting the dust cover. Mine were hitting the dust cover and making a similar sound. Had to remove the trans to straighten out the cover and replaced the bolts. Be very careful with...

    Savvy gas tank skid backorder

I ordered a set of control arms from them and got them in about 3 weeks. I had good luck contacting Savvy by phone and they were able to give me a good estimate on when to expect my arms. They even got here a little earlier than they said. Just make sure you don't call during lunch, they won't...

    32RH transmission rebuild

Well OPT kinda screwed me and only sent me a partial order. Still waiting on the front kick down band from them. So I guess I will just install my control arm skids and Savvy control arms while I wait...
