I haven’t posted in a while so here’s an update on my rig in a nutshell...
Alignment
Painted door handles
Winch
JVC KD-R970BTS stereo
Removed the old 6.5” center console sub and replaced with an el cheapo $10 Pyle sub using an external amp. Wow I’m amazed how good it sounds. Went cheap bc if sounded like crap i wouldn’t care. Now I have my little trunk space back and I can save for a quality sub. Highly recommend this mod!!
Just ordered new hardtop to body molding to get ready for winter.

I need to find myself an old center console with or without a sub to upgrade mine as its bog standard.
Replaced silverstar headlight bulbs with LED ones I picked up for free off a buddy and what a difference.

I wanted to do this but the PO had an HID kit in and it was way to bright for other vehicles on the road. Does this cause the same affect? Did you install an anti flicker? My buddy’s LED’s overheat and shut off then come on when they cool.

Holy crap. Turn on the pc to find this...I just noted that I was able to dim them. I have read that on some vehicles the dimmer will not work right with LED's. There are ether full bright or off. With my dimmer turned up these are much brighter,crisp,clear light. When fully dimmed they are about as bright as the stock bulbs are on high but still a much cleaner,crisp light.

Haha there was a reason I didn’t post the brand lol. It’s a badlands but hear me out. It was brand new in the box, 100 bucks and brand new in box mount from smitty for 20 bucks. Not bad

Here we go...don’t mind the xm receiver, this stereo has the built in satellite but I mounted that old receiver pretty good lol.
