Does the A/C Blower motor resister harness include the plugs

Does the blower motor harness resister have both plug ends? Looks like this melted a bit with the switch

When you purchase the replacement resistor you only get the resistor; IF you need to replace the harness with connectors you can purchase them on Amazon.

The resistor wires are working fine, it is the high that bypasses the resistor that seems to be the problem and think I need to switch end plug.
